How long do I have to return an item?
Our standard claim period is 14 days from time of delivery.
Can I return an item if I've changed my mind?
Yes, please contact our team regarding your order. Please also ensure that the goods are still in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
Yes there is a standard re-stocking fee. A return delivery fee may also apply if you would like us to arrange the shipping.
Do you accept returns on sale or clearance items?
Yes accept returns on items for sales but not for items on clearance.

Yes, an invoice needs to be provided

Yes, refunds can be processed and may have restocking and shipping fees deducted.
What condition does the item need to be in for a return?
Items must be in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Can I return an item if it's been used?
No, used items can not be returned unless it is an approved warranty claim.

Custom items are not returnable or refundable.
Do you offer return shipping labels?
Yes, our customer service team can arrange the return freight labels of your goods and provide the freight labels. Please also note that all returns need to have the return form attached to the shipment.
Can I return an item without the original packaging?
Generally good need to be un-used and in it's original packaging. Please contact our customer service to check if you can still return your items.

Can I return an item after the return period has ended?

Can I return an item if it's been opened or used?
Items that are un-used, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition are able to be returned within the return period.
Can I return an item if it was damaged due to misuse?
Unfortunately, items damaged due to misuse are not returnable or refundable.
