The CPC CONCRETE WASHOUT BIN is a safe, effective on-site solution for handling line cleans for boom and line concrete pumps.  Designed for optimal safety, its heavy-duty construction with waste intake pipe and air vent removes the risk of injury caused by blowouts during line cleaning.  Available in 3 options, the containment bin ensures EPA compliance by preventing pollution from run off and cleanly stores cement waste.  Disposable concrete washout plastic insert bags are available to make collection and disposal of waste easy, fast and cost effective. 
 
Features:

  •  Suitable for use with boom and line concrete pumps
  •  Can safely be used with compressed air and water line cleans Easily removable exhaust air vent for sponge recovery
  •  Lid is fitted with crane lugs and fork pockets for easy fit up and removal
  •  Lid is secured to bin by safety chains in 4 points
  •  Bin is fitted with crane lugs for both lifting and upending load and 4-way entry fork pockets
  •  Multiple bins can be nested for storage and transport when not in use
  •  125mm NB waste intake pipe for quick and safe connection
  •  Optional reducers available to suit 100/80/50mm pipelines
  •  Paint/Galvanised finish

Deliveries to a Non-Business Address
Extra charges may apply if you need your order delivered to a home or private address. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if this is required.

Hand or Tailgate Deliveries
Any shipment that weighs over 25kg will need to be unloaded by a forklift or fork stacker. If there is no forklift available extra charges may apply for hand or tailgate unloads. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if this is required.

Deliveries During Non-Business Hours
Extra charges will apply for deliveries on a weekend, public holiday or outside usual business hours. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if this is required.

Redelivery Fee
Most carriers will charge a redelivery fee if there was no one on site when they first attempted to deliver the goods. Any charges of this nature will be passed onto the customer.

Delivery of Goods to an Unattended Address
If you have instructed us to leave your order at an unattended address, we or the carrier will not be held responsible if the goods go missing.

International Orders
We can ship our products to most areas around the globe. Please contact us for a freight quote or we can ship on your nominated carrier.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Goods Lost in Transit
